How can I contact ARVERRA?
Email us at arverracoffee@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing order.
What types of coffee does ARVERRA offer?
We offer a selection of origin-focused coffees, whole-bean and ground options, coffee pods and decaf. Available formats and grind choices are displayed on each product page.
Should I choose whole bean or ground coffee?
Choose whole bean if you have a grinder and want to grind immediately before brewing. Choose ground coffee for convenience. When ground options are available, select the grind that matches your brewing method before adding the product to your cart.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep coffee sealed in its original package and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat and strong odors. Avoid storing coffee beside a stove or in a humid environment.
Does coffee contain caffeine?
Yes. Regular coffee naturally contains caffeine. The amount varies according to the coffee, serving size and brewing method. Choose an ARVERRA product specifically labeled “Decaf” if you prefer substantially less caffeine.
Is decaf coffee completely caffeine-free?
No. Decaffeinated coffee generally contains a small amount of naturally remaining caffeine. Customers who must avoid caffeine completely should consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming it.
Are ARVERRA coffee pods compatible with my machine?
Compatibility information is listed on the applicable product page and packaging. Please confirm that your brewer accepts the pod format shown before purchasing.
How do I choose the right coffee?
Use the origin, roast and tasting notes displayed on each product page. Customers who prefer a balanced and approachable cup may enjoy Colombia, while customers seeking brighter or more floral flavors may prefer Ethiopia. Those who enjoy deeper, richer flavors may prefer Brazil or a darker roast.
What is ARVERRA Matcha?
ARVERRA Matcha is a Japanese shade-grown green tea powder with a silky texture, naturally sweet umami and a clean finish. It can be whisked traditionally, served over ice or prepared as a latte.
How do I prepare ARVERRA Matcha?
Add approximately one teaspoon of matcha to a bowl. Add about two ounces of warm—not boiling—water and whisk until smooth and lightly frothy. Add more water or your preferred milk, then enjoy it hot or over ice.
Does matcha contain caffeine?
Yes. Matcha naturally contains caffeine. The amount depends on the quantity used and how it is prepared. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant or nursing, sensitive to caffeine, take medication or have a medical condition affected by caffeine.
How should I store matcha?
Keep the container tightly closed and store it in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, sunlight and strong odors. Always use a clean, dry scoop and follow any storage directions printed on the product packaging.
Is ARVERRA Matcha sweetened?
Review the ingredient statement on the product page and physical package for the final formulation. Unless the label lists an added sweetener, matcha’s mild sweetness comes naturally from the tea.
Where does ARVERRA ship?
Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout. If your address is accepted and a shipping option is offered, we can process an order for that destination unless we contact you about a restriction.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout and may also appear in your confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Regular orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping when the offer is available and the order meets all displayed conditions.
How do I track my order?
When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may require some time to update after the shipping label is created.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact arverracoffee@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or fulfillment.
What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
Review the tracking information first and check with household members, neighbors or the delivery carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, email arverracoffee@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the shipment.
Can I return coffee or matcha?
Because coffee, matcha and related products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, an incorrect grind selected by the customer, or products that have been opened or used.
This does not affect your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Email arverracoffee@gmail.com within seven calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, store credit or refund, as appropriate.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us immediately at arverracoffee@gmail.com. Orders enter production and fulfillment quickly, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
How does an ARVERRA subscription work?
When you select a subscription, your chosen product is automatically ordered and charged at the frequency displayed during enrollment. The recurring price, delivery schedule and shipping terms are shown before checkout.
Do subscribers receive a discount?
Eligible subscription products receive the discount displayed on the product page and during checkout. Discounts apply while the subscription remains active and may not combine with other promotions unless stated.
Do subscribers receive free shipping?

Can I skip, change or cancel my subscription?

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or sent to fulfillment.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
We may retry the payment or ask you to update your payment method. The subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be completed.
Where can I find ingredients and allergen information?
eview the ingredient and allergen information on the individual product page and physical package. The physical product label controls if it differs from information shown online.
Contact arverracoffee@gmail.com before ordering if you have a specific allergy or ingredient concern.
Are product images always exact?
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Packaging, color and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, production updates and natural differences between agricultural products.
Does ARVERRA provide medical or nutritional advice?
No. Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. ARVERRA products are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
